You rush over to the nearby MANHOLE and uncover it to enter the murky SEWERS below. It smells down here. Really bad. And it is somewhat dark and hard to see.But you doubt someone as hip as Jimmy Coolshades would dare follow you into this dank dungeon, so you should be safe for now.

Make friends with rat or fish and have them take you to the rebel hideout.
Kill the fish. and see if the rat can talk or something.
Kill he rat and atempt to befriend the fish. :]
