The man seems to sense your hostility and takes out a BAT that you didn't see before. It looks like he used it to bludgeon the man on the floor into submission. You are having second thoughts about attacking him, or pushing him out the window.
Step back, close the door, grab the MIRROR, hurry and throw the MIRROR at the angry man, and jump out the window
